"Edit - I decided to call and after a conversation with one of the mangers then received a phone call from the owner and they sent another tech out and offered to take care of things and make it right. I will say my first experience with everything was less than stellar , however, it seems so far they are going well above and beyond to make it right. Review is updated to reflect that. Original : Nothing great. 600 dollars later still no a/c. Guy was just throwing parts at it. Didn’t even test power to start I had to ask him to do that so pretty sure the 600 dollar part was not needed AT ALL. Same part from granger is 80 bucks. Should have just waited for Henry’s availability. 100 % not recommend"

"McCarthy's is my go-to HVAC company. Before my appointment, I received a call to let me know that our technician was running ahead of schedule and they asked if it was okay to send him over. After I agreed, I got a text message with my technician's photo so I knew exactly who I was meeting. Cornell, our tech, was friendly and answered all of my questions. He provided me a review of what he did, and recommended services. I scheduled my next maintenance service on the spot. Highly recommend!"

"Our furnace went out when it was -12° on a Sunday. We called the company that put in our furnace two years ago and they told us they wouldn’t be able to get out to us for at least 24 hours. McCarthy came within a few hours. The technician was polite, knowledgeable and informative. Even shared what to do if we had further issues. I am SUPER pleased with McCarthy’s prompt and effective service!"
